Stirling Castle Visit

🏰✨ This week’s adventure took me and a lovely bunch of well-behaved Fife Primary School pupils to the historic Stirling Castle! What a cracking day for it, too.

I managed to sneak a wee glimpse across to the Wallace Monument and grabbed a quick look around the beautiful surrounding area (from the car park 😂) – Stirling really is packed with history everywhere you turn. 🏞️

Sadly, because it was an educational trip, I wasn’t allowed to park the coach at the castle itself, so I didn’t get the chance to have a proper wander. I had my drone and both cameras at the ready... but hey, there’s always next time! 📸🚐

If you’ve never been, Stirling Castle is one of Scotland’s grandest castles, sitting proudly on a volcanic rock, with jaw-dropping views over the River Forth and beyond. It’s played a huge part in Scotland’s history too – from royal coronations to famous battles, it's absolutely steeped in stories. Definitely worth a visit if you get the chance!

Looking forward to the next trip already... and hopefully squeezing in a wee explore for myself too! 🥰
