We offer various transport and event-related services, each governed by its own set of Terms and Conditions. Before booking any service, customers are required to review and agree to these Terms and Conditions to ensure they understand their obligations.

Bookings for Transport Services

All bookings for private hire, contract services, concert and event transport are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the specific terms outlined in the booking agreement.
Customers must check the Terms and Conditions before booking as cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service.

Clothing & Merchandise

All clothing and merchandise items are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct size before placing an order. We do not offer refunds or swaps for incorrect size selection.
If you have any questions regarding sizing, please contact us before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality control seriously, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at a1colleen@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details of the issue. We will evaluate the matter and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

Made-to-order products (including all clothing and merchandise)
Sale items or gift cards
Any service bookings once the terms and conditions have been agreed upon

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
