“Hi, just wanted to send a message to let you know just how polite and helpful your worker was today operating the Anstruther park and ride service.
Young and with dark hair.
He went out of his way to help both me and my mum who are both disabled, cannot say thank you enough and just how excellent his customer service was.
He deserves a wee shout out from his bosses!
